this is it

bukan, ini bukan tentang film dokumenter si michael jackson yg booming itu yg sampe skarang gw blom nonton. ini tentang gw yg akhirnya foto bareng benazio rizki putra. si (artis) blogger ibukota. kalo jalan kemana pasti aja ada yg nyapa. biasa, famous. weleh2.. (peace, boy :D) ini sbnernya ke 2,5 kalinya gw jalan bareng si bena ini. kok 2,5? karna pertemuan pertama gw ma dia gak bisa diitung sebagai jalan-jalan juga (cuma ke toko buku trus pulang hohoho), jadi gw anggep aja 'setengah'. hehe dan entah kenapa, pas jalan ma bena selalu nonton 2x. aneh kan? aneh dong.. *freak*

okay, destination kita kemaren adalah ke Blitz GI. so, ini adalah kali kedua gw menginjakkan kaki kesana. ajaibnya, gw udah mulai apal jalan-jalan di GI. padahal biasanya gw paling buta arah banget deh. well, kita kesana sbnernya ngincer nonton INAFFF (Indonesia International Fantastic Film Festival) yang Meat Grinder, which is diputernya hari minggu jam 3 sore doang. parahnya, jalan2 deket rumah gw macett. jadinya telat deh kesananya. huhu

trus akhirnya kita nonton free screening Pintu Terlarang (ada Q&A bareng Joko Anwarnya juga). ini pertama kalinya gw nonton, sedangkan bena sbnernya udah nonton. menurut gw filmnya keren abis! pas awal sampe pertengahan, gw masih mikir "serem sih (fyi, gw paling takut thriller) tp masa filmnya gitu doang nih.. perasaan kalo gw denger dari temen2 gw tuh sampe berapi2 gitu kyknya nyeritainnya" BUT (SPOILER ALERT!!!) pas Gambir finished killing everyone in the room, and then he ran to the forbidden door, i feel like something is about to happen. voila! you know what happen next. and that excites me much :p you rocks, Joko!

film kedua yang kita tonton adalah film Paranormal Activity. udah diputer duluan di Blitz khusus kmaren doang. jadi kalo yg mau nonton tapi telat dateng kmaren, silakan tunggu sampe tayang normal di bioskop ato ga beli aja dvdnya. hoho

pertamanya, gw gak tau tuh kalo PA adalah nama film. yang gw tau tu emang pernah jadi trending topics selama beberapa minggu gitu di twitter. pas gw nonton, gilaaaaaaa keren banget parah. ni film konsepnya beda ma film2 horor kebanyakan, karna genrenya horor dokumenter. ya bayangin aja, ada orang yang dihantuin terus menerus di rumahnya, setiap hari kontak dengan hantunya tu makin intens, dan smuanya direkam sama kamera amatir. filmnya bener2 bikin emosi jiwa! ahahaha well, gw bisa ketawa nih skarang karna tau kalo ternyata itu fake! dem. kirain beneran.

ps: sbelahnya bena ternyata salah seorang personil Ran yang lagi nonton bareng cwenya.. :p

oh i love sunday.

i'm volunteering (again) for Java Festival Production as Media Center Crew in an event called
Jakarta International JAVA SOULNATION FESTIVAL on 30 & 31 Oct 2009!

day #1

all i can say about the crowd is XXTREMELY LOTTAAA!
i'm sure that's because of The Ting Tings Special Show
even i almost cant get in the istora. supercrazyyy
u know what, i saw The Ting Tings Mini Press Conference cos it held in front of media center (still on the same room). i almost cant stand to shout: "Katiee.. Jules.. I love youuuu!!!"

unfortunately i cant take their pics on press conference
but i took a video of their show :DD
(i'm still searching for my data cable, i'll upload later)

i took a pic with Nino RAN, too.. since he's my friend's bf..
(i almost cant believe when she said so. i think she's joking, but she wasnt!)
she introduced me to Nino. and hey, he's so nice and welcoming! look at this pic!

when RAN is on the stage, dini introduced me with Nino's mom & Nino's mom's friend, tante Tika. i recognized her as my mom's childhood friend. and she recognized me! we have met when i was a kid :) so i took a pic with her too

day#2

i slept in my friend's house (where i stayed for 3 days during JRL). Laras & Sasa's crib in Panglima Polim. her family was so nice to me. thanks for accepting me in your house :)

well, the second day, i have two shifts. so i have to take care of media center longer than the first day. so, i catch some moments on mini press conference and interview

ki-ka: DMC of 'RUN DMC', DJ Moni, Musiq Soulchild, Joeniar Arief

i watched Maliq & d'essentials and Joeniar Arief too. even i shook hands with him. hehe
wanna see their live performance on SNF? well, i have to find my data cable first, i suppose.

now, SNF is over.. i'm expecting to be able to participate again next event of JFP.
see you again, media center crew (astari, dini, kiki, and evelin) and other divisions. thanks mbak nirmala, mas widi, bang echa, mba ina for the experiences - you guys roockkks! i'm lucky to be able to work with y'all.

feels good, dont it?

have you ever write an article on Wikipedia?
err wait. you guys do know about Wikipedia, right?
Wikipedia is like an encyclopedia but it's opened for everyone to submit a topic/article to it.
so, it's like an encyclopedia 'dari kita, untuk kita, dan oleh kita'. yeah, kind of that.

one of my school subject required the students to submit a response paper EVERY WEEK to a website called Waena (discussion theme is different each week) and an article to Wikipedia about communication technology for mid-semester assignment. at the beginning, i thought that this is verrryyy difficult to do. but after done this, yeah not that bad. i can finish it just about 3 hours. (is it bad? hmm i dont think so). fortunately, a friend of mine, nanien helped me out and answered my 'panic-confused-no clue' questions. hahaha

what did i write, then?
i wrote about 'haptic'. you can search it in google and look for a page from Wikipedia Indonesia.

actually, i'm inspired from my own cellphone, Samsung Star which has haptic technology in it. luckily there's no article written about it yet. so i'm free to write one. hehe

this is the print-screen of my writing. feels good! yeaahh

blitz blast

this is my very first time in GI (Grand Indonesia). well, i can say that was the best mall in town.
very kewl. (woot)

what did i do in GI? hahah that was so silly, cos i went there just for taking some fotocopyan paper (for doing my ASSignment). geez.. fortunately, my brother dropped me there after he bought the flight ticket back to Semarang and the road is not so cranky cos many people didnt come home yet (in other words, they're still on vacation outside Jakarta).

before that, i thought i'll be alone to go there, so i asked a friend of mine to accompany me: Mr. F (i'm not so sure whether to mention his name here or not, for some reasons. hehe). and 2 of his friends (1 of them i already knew cos Mr. F has introduced me before)

after taking the papers, my collegian friends persuaded me to watch Phobia 2. i'm not so sure to watch it (cos i have no idea about the previous movie) but since my friends are ok, then why not?

great movie. VERY RECOMMENDED!

this Thailand movie tells about 5 different stories. 4 of them is really freaking me out. although one in the hospital is kinda funny too because the actor is putting some funny and zonk face ;)) but the last one, is extremely hilarious! yeah, 2 thumbs up of for the directors! (fyi, they have 5 different directors too). so, hurry go to your nearest Blitz Megaplex and share some thoughts in here! :D

after watching movie, we looked for something to eat, and i suddenly realize the foodcourt is too cuteee! too bad there's lot of people there and we (about 10 people) cant get empty seat. so we walk out to HokBen in 5th floor, damn this one is full too. the clock is about 8 pm, and i remembered Mr. F told me that there's cool fountain in here that showed every early hour. and then we decided to go. fortunately, there's Mr. Y (Mr. F's friend. fyi, he's so damn tall) so i asked for his hand to tape the video for me with my cellphone, of course.

for everyone out there who never saw this fountain in Grand Indonesia before, check this out:

if you listened it carefully you can hear me talkin to Mr. Y, in an awkward conversation. ahahaha

this video is the extension cos suddenly my mom called. thanks God, the previous recording is successfully (auto)saved :D

great fountain, isn't it? it's so kewl to have a mall that serves the visitor with this kind of show. better watch it directly to get a better view actually :-3

oh ya, recently i'm watching It Started With A Kiss - a Taiwan drama version of Itazura Na Kiss (Japan). total 30 eps and i can say, that was a very nice and entertaining drama. i've just seen the last episode one hour ago and cant wait for the sequel (They Kiss Again). they've put it in Youtube, but due to many ASSignments waiting to be done unlikely i have to postpone it. hmpf

btw, happy Iedul Fitri all. may we forgive and forget about what happened in the past. lets open new heart for this new soul :)
